1 Year Has Gone By...

March 29, 2006 - I'm 1 year old!! We made it. Mom and I weren't sure but I celebrated my birthday with some pictures and dinner out. My party is next Saturday so I'll make sure to post some pictures of that. In the mean time, here are my 1 year pictures. Enjoy!

New Hair

March 25, 2006 - Pigtails!

March 22, 2006 - Dad flipped around my car seat today so now I face forward; I am almost a big girl! Did you know there's a whole world out there?

March 18, 2006 - This new dishwasher is fun. I think they make it for babies since it's my height. There are toys in here too!

Also, we had visitors to our new house. Alden and Lucy and their parents were over. I like playing with the big kids! I can't wait to walk and talk with them someday. Here we are looking out the window and sitting in the hallway.

March 10, 2006 - This new house is fun; there's all kinds of new things! What's in this closet? And what's this juice? I see dad drink it all the time...

February 25, 2006 - Did you know these toes attach to feet and they can move you around?!? I took my first steps today!! Look out world!

February 22, 2006 - Uh Oh, Spaghettios. YUM!!

February 21, 2006 - What do you guys do on this thing? Hey wait, if I hit these buttons, I can make that noise too!!

February 5, 2005 - Well today I found out what my toes are for - STANDING!!! Oh, and I got a late Christmas present all the way from Connecticut!

February 6, 2006 - What an awful day. Mom's been in tears and checking on me every hour. I lost a friend today to SIDS... I miss you Cohen. Mom shows me your picture all the time; you're so cute. I think I'll give your mom a big hug when I see her! Godspeed and please look out for the rest of us down here. We could all use it... January 26, 2006 - I finally have enough hair to put into a pony tail. Now I'm even cuter and people will stop calling me a boy!

January 9, 2006 - Happy New Year!! Well, after weeks of rocking and sliding backwards, I am finally free to explore!! Look out mom and dad, I can crawl! What's this, cat food?

December 10, 2005 - Mom and Dad finally took me to get a haircut.

November 8, 2005 - 2 Teeth and counting...

November 2, 2005 - I started swimming at the YMCA today. It's no big deal, as long as I have something to chomp on, I could do this all day!

October 23, 2005 - We visited Michigan this weekend and went to Yates Cider Mill. YUM!! That stuff is good!

October 8, 2005 - Dad did some Mountain Bike race today so I got to see Claire. She's about 3 weeks younger than me. Hey mom, where's MY hat?

October 2, 2005 - After some creamed Spinach (YUM!) mom was just entirely too slow with the bottle. Gimme that!! I can do that myself! Geez, do you think I'm a baby or something...

September 5, 2005 - So there are these things I found today and I can suck on them too! Oh yeah, mom says they are toes. But what are they for?

August 20, 2005 - My Grandma came to see me from New York.

August 7, 2005 - My Aunt Melissa was here from Vegas again and my Grandma came down too. They just can't get enough of me!

July 30, 2005 - What is this stuff? Mom says it's cereal but I think it tastes like glue (if I only knew what that tasted like...).

July 15, 2005 - We went to visit my friend Rebecca today. She's 3 weeks older than me but she must not eat as much as I do. She's 25% in weight and I'm 75%... Hmmm, wonder what mom is giving me.

June 3, 2005 - Found my thumb!



June 25th, 2005 - I love watching racing. Well actually, it's the only thing on... DAD!!

May 29, 2005 - My first trip to the zoo. I'm thrilled...

May 2, 2005 - My Aunt Melissa came all the way from Las Vegas to visit me. She stayed with me for a week and bought me some cool clothes too. Boy, I thought I slept some weird hours?!?

April 20, 2005 - Here's my first real bath after my cord came off. Geez Dad, can't you warm up that water a little?

April 10, 2005 - My cousins Beth and Jason came to visit me all the way from Connecticut after Jason's brother won the NCAA Hockey Championship. Two months later, we found out they were expecting too! Ms. Jess (as I call her) arrived on Dec 26 and I can't wait to play with her!

April 7, 2005 - Here I am with my Great Grandma Maria. Don't we have the same look in our eyes? Its that independant Italian look. Oh yeah, I like to sleep too and apparently mom snapped one when I was dreaming about winning the Monaco Grand Prix.

In the beginning...

Well, it only took mom a year to get this started and now she's got to play catchup! I'll try to have her update this weekly since I'm doing new things every week. So let's begin...

I came into the world on March 29, 2005 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Mom was supposed to be induced that morning anyway, but I had my own plans. My water broke at 3am and came into the world at 11:05am weighing 7 lbs 11oz and measuring 21 inches long. Aren't I cute?!?
